This painting is done by adding a liquid pouring medium to the acrylic paint and then pouring it onto the canvas. I’m in love with this technique. I have so little control. As I’m pouring and mixing sometimes I think I’ve made a huge mistake. I come back and look at it an hour later and as the paints continue to mix it looks different every time I look at it. The next day it can look sooo different. This is a part of a new series I’m working on title “He Makes All Things Beautiful.” Our lives can be so messy and out of control. We can’t always step back and see how God has made all of our chaos beautiful for his glory and praise. So beloved by God, know that he is in control and making your chaos beautiful in his time!
