2 Corinthians 12:9

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

As I painted this flower my heart was heavy with different trials of life and huge life changes that I didn’t see coming. The world we live in can be messy, full of sinners of whom I’m the foremost. This painting is to remind us to grow in grace with others while heavily relying on God’s grace that is fully sufficient for me.

This is painted with very thick textures and the center of the flower has gold accents and crushed mirror to create a very unique texture.
